Our Story

Momedtum Health was conceived in 2018 when working on the Healthcare Hookup. This was a start-up focused on accelerating the transition from a treatment-based, to a prevention-based approach in the pharmaceutical industry.

We quickly came to realize that working to change behaviors presented many unique challenges, and a special kind of salesforce was required.

When one of our team members suffered a sports injury, he experienced first-hand the positive impact that personalized medicine could have on athletes. From this, we assembled a team of high performers across various industries to accomplish the goal of transforming the health industry, and Momedtum Health was born.

Yvan Hakizimana

Co-founder

A natural entrepreneur, Yvan’s background in business is made evident by the amount of successful ventures he has participated in.
His leadership as a business consultant focuses on generating leads, product development and the ability to develop innovative strategies that effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
His value to the project is through his extensive book of business in the athletic sports healthcare industry. As a high- level athlete, Yvan was injured and became a patient, understanding the value of preventative medicine first hand.

Georges Chartrand

Co-founder

Originally a Pharmacist, Georges has held multiple roles in various pharmaceutical companies.
Having experienced falling through the cracks of the healthcare system, he became interested in fixing it.

He has led a preventative and personalized medicine start-up in the past, amongst other high-tech ventures. He has achieved top sales awards 2 years in a row and has experience creating and managing teams in novel industries.

Alexandre Rhéaume

Business Development

A born communication expert, he has won the award for top performer every year he has worked, irrespective of the company or industry.

He has an extensive book of business in Canada, and is what is known as a ‘shark’ in the industry. He averaged a 400% achievement target in the last 4 years.

Frédéric Blais-Chauvin

Business Development

President’s club winner and top achievement winner every year throughout various industries. He has developed an extensive book of business and network of contacts across Canada.

Bianca Marois

Consultant, Training and Education

She will provide training and act as a consultant on optimizing our value to our clients.

Her research focuses on developing innovative strategies based on applied biomechanics to reduce the potential for injury and optimize the quality of life for people of all ages. Author and co-author of publications and an adept educator in a variety of settings.
